For the peace of mind and safety of all our customers and employees, Camping Valencia has a protocol to maximise safety against COVID-19.
Most Camping Valencia facilities are outdoors, so keeping the 1.5 metre safety distance and proper hand cleaning will be of utmost importance. Here is more specific information about our measures in common areas:
General measures
- All the staff of Camping Valencia:
- Has received training on the implementation of the new health measures.
- Will have personal protection equipment for the performance of their work.
- The floor of the facilities that are of common use, which will be more crowded, will be signposted to mark safety distances and entry and exit circulation routes.
- There will be hydroalcoholic gel dispensers available to our clients in all common areas of the campsite.
- Informative signage has been provided.
Reception
- Limitation of paper use: Payment by credit card and invoice by email.
- Prevent crowds: communication channel with clients by telephone for questions or incidents during their stay.
- There will be screens in place at each reception desk.
- The POS shall be disinfected after each use.
- Counters shall be disinfected periodically.
- There will be hydroalcoholic gel dispensers available to our clients in all common areas of the campsite
Bar – Supermarket
- All tables will maintain the safety distance, and will be set up at the time of service.
- The furniture will be disinfected after each service and the waiter will indicate when it is ready for use.
- All personnel will wear masks.
- Single-use table linen will be used.
- Menu cards will be disinfected after each use.
- Food take away service will be available to our clients.
- There will be no common use objects such as napkin holders, toothpick holders, etc. on the tables.
- There will be hydroalcoholic gel dispensers available to our clients in all common areas of the campsite.
Sanitary Pavilions
- There will be a capacity control inside the sanitary pavilions.
- Common use areas will be cleaned more frequently, especially higher contact items.
- Electric hand dryers will be available in the sanitary pavilions.
- Chemical WC: It will be disinfected after each use with a water and bleach spray. The client shall advise after use.
- Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers will be available for our customers.
Accomodation
- All lodgings will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay.
- The items belonging to each bungalow, such as keys or remote controls, will be delivered disinfected and in a closed zip-type bag.
Swimming pools
- The capacity indicated for each swimming-pool at the entrance to the swimming pool area must be respected.
- Sunbeds, the pool area, stairs, handrails and showers will be disinfected.
- It will be closed at midday for approximately 1 hour for disinfection.
- The safety distance must also be kept in the water.
- Water slide: The slide will remain closed to the public during Phase 3 in accordance with the measures pertaining to the phase.
Entertainment
- All activities will be adapted to ensure safety measures.
- Capacity and safety distance will be controlled.
- Indoor activities will be avoided.
- Materials will be disinfected after each use.
- The entertainment team will wear a transparent screen covering their face.
- Special attention will be paid to the capacity inside and outside the mini-club.
- Individualised kits will be prepared for crafts.
- Dances will be without physical contact.
INFORMATION ON SERVICES PROVIDED IN 2021: Although we are currently working relatively normally, due to the exceptional year we are in due to COVID-19, we cannot rule out that some of the services we usually provide may be reduced and/or cancelled at any time, such as entertainment, swimming pool timetables, water slide, visits, concerts or shows. We recommend that you check which services are planned for the day of your stay. We thank you for your understanding in this difficult year for all of us.
